A nationwide limited overs tournament, featuring some 44 club teams is set to commence tomorrow following a launch yesterday.
The inaugural U23 Men’s Super-50 Club Championships was launched yesterday at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) ground, Bourda and is a collaboration of the Guyana Cricket Board and Republic bank Guyana Limited.
The objective of the tournament is to act as a bridge between the junior and senior levels, which will allow for an easier transition for youth players into the senior ranks.
