Twenty-three-year-old Kyle Small, a clothes vendor, of ‘B’ Field Sophia, Georgetown, appeared yesterday before Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where he was charged with assault with intent to rob.
Small pleaded not guilty to the charge that was read to him.
It is alleged that on August 20, at Wellington Street, Georgetown, while being in the company of others, Small unlawfully assaulted Marlon Chester with intent to rob him.
