Four selected for UK Chevening awards

The British High Commission yesterday announced four 2023 Chevening scholarship awardees from Guyana.

They are:

Amrita Naraine, Lead Researcher at ActionINVEST Caribbean Inc. She is set to pursue her MSc in Data Science and AI for the Creative Industries at the University of the Arts London.

Born and raised in Queenstown Village, Essequibo Coast, Deanna Walcott is a literacy and oracy advocate who volunteers her time and skills towards youth development.
