Lloyd McKenzie, 52, appeared on Monday at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court before Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus where he was charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
McKenzie pleaded not guilty to the charge.
It is alleged that on Friday, September 1, on Mandela Avenue and Cemetery Road, Georgetown, McKenzie drove motorcar, HD 3165, in a manner dangerous to the public thereby causing the death of 33-year-old Martin Samuels.
