A dominating performance from Stella Maris Primary School underscored by a 10-wicket win over F.E. Pollard Primary School saw them winning the inaugural Future Warriors tapeball tournament sponsored by ExxonMobil.
At the Guyana Defence Force ground, Camp Ayanganna, F.E. Pollard won the toss and opted to bat in the final but managed just 46 for two from their allotted eight overs. Stella Maris needed just three overs to reach their target of 48 as Brandon Frank smashed three sixes and two fours in his 10-ball 28 not out. Tafari Softleigh finished unbeaten on 19 from eight balls, hitting two sixes and one four.
