Courts Pee Wee knockout segment starts Saturday

Following the conclusion of the group stage section, the elimination segment in the 10th edition of the Courts Pee Wee Football Championship, which will commence on Saturday at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue, was officially confirmed yesterday. This was disclosed in official correspondence from the tournament organizers, the Petra Organization.

At 11:00 a.m., Redeemer will oppose Kabakaburi, while at 12:00 p.m., North Georgetown will engage Potaro, and St. John the Baptist will match skills with St. Stephens. F.E. Pollard will then lock horns with Den Amstel at 13:00 hours, while Marian Academy battles Colaaco and West Ruimveldt opposes Tucville at 14:00 hours. In the final two fixtures at 15:00 hours, St. Pius takes aim at Friendship, and defending champion Enterprise opposes St. Gabriel’s. The winner of the tournament will receive the championship trophy, gold medals, and a pair of uniforms. Each player will also be presented with an electronic tablet. The runners-up will collect a trophy, silver medals, and six balls. The third-place finisher will pocket a trophy and four balls, while the fourth-place side will walk away with a trophy. On the individual side, a trophy and a pair of football cleats will be presented to the eventual most valuable player, highest goal scorer, and best goalkeeper.
