Prime Minister Mark Phillips on Friday reiterated the government’s commitment to rejuvenating Region 6.
“Your government is reigniting the economic engines of this region through the significant investments in infrastructure; we are laying the groundwork for economic expansion”, he said
during his address at the 17th annual Berbice Expo and Trade Fair opening ceremony at the Rose Hall Estate Community Centre Ground in Region Six. The annual Berbice Expo will be held over the next four days under the theme ‘Fostering Sustainable Economic Growth & Food Security.’
