`Officer, it’s a little hustle’, man said over drug find

Shamar Abrams

Shamar Abrams stood before Magistrate Rhondel Weaver at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Monday, facing charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.

Abrams was one of the three occupants of motor lorry GYY 294, travelling along the Agricola road when police intercepted the vehicle and conducted a search. During the search, 4039 grams of narcotics was discovered.

When questioned by the police during the search, Abrams stated, “Officer, it’s a little hustle,” while the other two occupants in the vehicle remained silent.
