Several Berbicians became homeowners yesterday as they received keys to their new low-income homes at the Hampshire Housing Scheme in Region Six.
Chief Executive Officer of the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA), Sherwyn Greaves presented the keys to the beneficiaries. Other senior officials from CH&PA were also present.
A release from the CH&PA said that the Hampshire scheme encompasses a total of 100 homes. Each dwelling has dimensions of 20×30 feet (600 square feet) and features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and sanitary facilities.
