Two West Bank Demerara men who had been fingered in the 2018 murder of Westminster phone card vendor—Ron Mansfield—are currently awaiting sentencing after admitting guilt to the charge.
At their recent arraignment, Alexander La Cruz and Mark Welch pleaded guilty to the capital charge.
They accepted that on June 19th, 2018 they murdered the 37-year-old father of two, of 772 Westminster, West Bank Demerara.
