Courts Pee Wee finalists have different objectives

No love lost! Captains Redeemer Adiel Hamilton (left) and St. Pius Clive Jacobs will be battling for the Courts Optical Pee Wee Football Championship.

In what will be only the second meeting of the schools today, St. Pius and Redeemer will battle for the coveted Courts Optical Pee Wee Football Championship, with both teams expressing confidence in emerging victorious at the Ministry of Education ground.

The respective declarations were made by team representatives at the pre-match press conference yesterday at the National Library on Main Street and Church Road.

The previous meeting between the two undefeated teams occurred in 2022 and resulted in a 2-1 quarterfinal win for two-time champion St. Pius, who are making their fifth appearance in the final.
