Guyana Ruggers open Grenada 7s campaign today

The national rugby team, now dubbed the ‘Guyana Jaguars’, will look to roar during the Grenada 7s, which kick off this morning at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium in St. George’s.

The 12-man squad, managed by GRFU head Ryan Dey, has been placed in Pool A with Atlantis Men, FRN Men, Misfits, and the T&T Defence Force.

Guyana’s campaign starts today when the Ruggers lock horns with the Atlantis Men at 10:00am before taking on the T&T Defence Force at 12:40am. The team has been training under the watchful eyes of Coach Claudius Butts.
