The national men’s rugby team experienced mixed fortunes in their three matches when the Grenada 7s kicked off yesterday at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium in St. George’s.
In their opening Pool A encounter, the unit dubbed the ‘Guyana Jaguars’, were held scoreless versus the Atlantis USA going down 0-29. The outfit worked out their wrinkles in the second game, winning 20-12 against TT Defence Force.
In their final match, the local ruggers were defeated 29-5 versus the Misfits.
