It has been ten days since Strathspey Primary pupil, Mark Harrypaul, was cremated, and his still-grieving father is seeking justice for his son who died at the Georgetown Public Hospital three weeks ago following an incident in the school’s compound.
Mark’s father, Roy Harrypaul, told Stabroek News yesterday that the Ministry of Education took care of the funeral expenses. The family was initially told by police that a file was prepared and sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Roy mentioned that it was the last piece of information communicated to the family and they are demanding justice in the matter.
