LA Ballers, Pro Ballers, and Presidential punched their tickets to the quarterfinal section when the ‘One Guyana’ King and Queen Beach Football Championship continued on Monday night at the PPP compound in Mackenzie, Linden.
The LA Ballers crushed Rockstone 10-0. Marcus Tudor led the rout with a hat-trick in the fourth, 20th, and 30th minutes, while Omar Brewley registered a double in the 24th and 28th minutes.
Chipping in with one goal apiece were Andre Mayers, Tyric McAllister, Emmanuel Atkins, and Mickel Jeffers in the 17th, 20th, 26th, and 32nd minutes, respectively. Adding to the score in the 34th minute was an own goal. On the other hand, the Pro Ballers squeaked past the MS Ballers 4-3. Jose Pagaz bagged a brace in the 23rd and 47th minutes, while Jamiel James and Quacy Cadogan scored in the 30th and 45th minutes, respectively.
