Benn visits constable hurt in accident outside Parliament Building

Minister of Home Affairs, Robeson Benn yesterday visited Constable Kyvon James at his residence following the incident on December 21 where a speeding car crashed into him while he was attending to an accident scene at the Parliament Building.

A release from the Ministry of Home Affairs said that Benn offered words of encouragement to Constable James, who sustained fractures to both legs while performing duties.

Benn highlighted the essential role that frontline service providers, like Constable James, play in ensuring public safety.
