Four programmes were on Friday launched at the Guyana Industrial Training Centre (GITC) and around 40 residents from Kitty were in attendance.
Minister of Labour, Joseph Hamilton joined Kwame McCoy, Minister within the Prime Minister’s Office, and Charles Ramson Jr., Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sport, in launching the four training programmes at the GITC.
