Plans are currently underway to resuscitate the Tucber Park Co-operative Housing Society in Region Six, allowing almost 400 co-op members to finally receive their land titles.

This comes after the Joseph Hamilton, Minister of Labour, and Regional Co-operative Officer,  Jason Gladstone, met with Tucber Park Co-op members on Friday.

During the discussion, it was noted that the housing cooperative became inactive in 2004, until a Steering Committee was formed in 2018 to kick-start its agenda and allow members to receive their land title or transport.
