Police in Regional Division #10 conducted another narcotics eradication exercise at Ebini Backdam, Berbice River, between 7.30 am and 5 pm on Wednesday during which two cannabis farms spanning seven acres and a quantity of marijuana with a street value of $151,480,323 were found and destroyed.
A police release yesterday said that the first farm was approximately five acres in size. It had fifty beds and each bed had four hundred and sixty plants between one foot and two feet in height.
