Dear Editor,
The ‘no nonsense’ contract management call with regards to contractors in default of contract terms and obligations is tantamount to reading the riot act. Both acts are reactive to ills too long in existence and plaguing the country. Proactive decisions should have been taken on both fronts a long time ago. We await to see what these reactive measures will yield.
