Over 1,000 Region Three families were allocated house lots yesterday in the new Wales Housing Development Scheme on the West Bank of Demerara, as the first ‘Dream Realised’ House Lot Allocation exercise for 2024 was held.
Citizens from within Region Three were invited to the Regional Housing Office compound, at Klien Pouderoyen, West Bank Demerara, to receive their allocations and were drawn from the agency’s database, with applications from 2019 and prior, a release from the Central Housing and Planning Authority said.
The families all fall within the low, moderate, and middle-income brackets.
