`Irate’ bus operator charged with damage to property

A minibus operator appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday where he was charged with causing damage to private property.

It was alleged that on March 30, at Croal Street and Avenue of the Republic, Georgetown, Corlon Bailey, 34, unlawfully damaged one rear view mirror and one side view mirror, the total value being $210,000.

Bailey pled not guilty to the charge.
