Following the Guyana Harpy Eagles successful defence of their West Indies Four-Day Championship over the last weekend, the Georgetown Cricket Association has extended congratulations to the team.
In a release to the media, the GCA said, “The Executives and Members of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) offer heartfelt congratulations to the players and management of the Guyana Harpy Eagles, who retained the West Indies Four-Day Championship over the weekend.” In their seventh and final match, the Harpy Eagles defeated Combined Campuses and Colleges to record their fifth successive victory after suffering a loss and a no-result at the beginning of their campaign.
