The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced that it has screened the proposed construction of a Housing and Commercial Retail Land Deve-lopment project by Trinuyana Investments Inc.
In mid-2022, Trinuyana Investments Incorporated, a company comprising a consortium of Guyanese and Trinidadian investors, announced that it had signed a contract with China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) for the construction of a hotel. In January 2023, the company commenced works on the multimillion-dollar AC Marriott Hotel at Ogle, East Coast Demerara.
