CARACAS, (Reuters) – Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is undergoing “delicate” and “complex” alternative treatments after having cancer surgery in Cuba, Vice President Nicolas Maduro said today.
The 58-year-old socialist leader has not been seen in public nor heard from in more than two months since his Dec. 11 operation, his fourth surgery for cancer in 18 months.
