Pakaraimas Mountain Safari

Minister of Tourism, Industry and Commerce (ag) Irfaan Ali yesterday launched the eight-day, 600- mile trip of the 12th Pakaraima Mountain Safari, organised by Frank Singh, owner of Rainforest Tours in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and the Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA). The Safari is set for the 12th -20th, April 2014.

Riled up over expired product: City Constables were on Friday called to calm a riled crowd after a customer who purchased a product from Annie’s Variety Store in the Acme Building on Regent Street and found that it was expired was unsuccessful in getting the proprietor to exchange it or refund her.
