Two women found chopped to death in Jamaica

(Jamaica Observer) The bodies of two unidentified women were yesterday found in bushes in Spring Garden, St Catherine.

Reports from the Old Harbour Police are that about 12:30 pm, residents saw the bodies and called the police. On the arrival of the lawmen the bodies were seen lying in bushes with chop wounds and the throats slashed.

One body is of brown complexion, medium build, about 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) long was found nude with a long black wig on the head. The woman was believed to have been in her early 20s. The other body was clad in blue jeans, black spaghetti strap blouse and a pair of black sneakers. It is of brown complexion, stout build, about 152 centimetres (5 feet) long with a tattoo on the navel.

The bodies were removed to the morgue pending a post-mortem.

Investigations continue.
