Devon Browne, 25 years, of Crane Housing Scheme, WCD; Nalini Manikam, 18 years of Non Pariel, ECD; Veeram Dias, 21 years of Non Pariel, ECD and a 12-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with the murder of Roger Manikam whose body was found on the roadway at Coldingen, ECD, on April 03, 2016.
They appeared before Magistrate Zamilla Ally-Seepaul at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court today where they were remanded until May 06, 2016.
