Small plane crash lands at Wakenaam

A light Cessna 152 aircraft which was enroute from Trinidad and Tobago to Guyana, crash-landed in a rice field on the island of Wakenaam shortly after lunchtime today.

Four charged in CANU 82 lb cocaine bust

UNESCO gives Palestinians full membership

PARIS (Reuters) – The United Nations’ cultural agency decided today to give the Palestinians full membership of the body, a vote that will boost their bid for recognition as a state at the United Nations.

Digicel’s network disrupted

Plane crashes at Arau

At around 9.30 this morning an Air Services Limited Cessna 206 aircraft, bearing the registration number 8RGGE, crashed on landing at Arau in Region Seven, during bad weather conditions.

CNS Channel 6 back on the air
