Simple larceny accused found hanging at East Ruimveldt outpost

At about 1930h. today, police say that Tiffon Peters, 22 years, of East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, who was in police custody at the East Ruimveldt Police Outpost, was found hanging in the lock-ups from his shirt which he had stripped into a cloth-rope and tied to the metal grill work of the lock-ups.

Man shot at Kaneville

At about 2200h last night, the police say that Colin Headley, 27 years, of Kaneville, EBD, was standing on the roadway at Kaneville, when he was shot to his face and back.
