A November to remember

Caribbean Motor Racing Championships – Round 3 The third and final leg of the 2009 Caribbean Motor Racing Championships are billed for the South Dakota Circuit and based on the showdown in Jamaica and Barbados, November 8 would certainly be one to remember when the region’s fastest cars and top drivers meet in Guyana.

Bodybuilding team off to CAC c/ships

– 2004 silver medalist Duke optimistic Mr. and Ms. Guyana Oswin Jones and Alicia Fortune, along with Rawle Greene, Alfred Jordan, Marlon Bennett and Clint Duke all departed Guyana yesterday  for destination Grenada where they will clash with some of the region’s and Central America’s best bodybuilders at this year’s CAC championships.

–  says Shondell Alfred Following yesterday’s news of an impending protest from Corinne `The Panther’ De Groot   after her defeat to Shondell `Mystery Lady’ Alfred on Saturday for the World International Boxing Association (WIBA) bantamweight title, the ‘Mystery Lady’ is now saying that her win was legit and that she does not have a problem in facing `The Panther’ again as she was confident of defeating her once again.

De Groot to protest WIBA bantamweight title defeat to Alfred

In a shocking turn of events, Corinne ‘Sexy Panther’ De Groot is to file a protest to the Women’s International Boxing Association (WIBA) following her defeat by a unanimous decision  to Shondell The Mystery Lady’ Alfred in their bantamweight title clash on Saturday night at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.

– All roads lead to the Sports Hall Corinne ‘Sexy Panther’ De Groot weighed in almost three pounds (117.6 lbs) more than her opponent Shondell ‘Mystery Lady’ Alfred (114.8 lbs) ahead of their clash tonight for the vacant Women’s International Boxing Association (WIBA) bantamweight title at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
