The Guyana Cricket Board yesterday called up 26 players to participate in two trial matches today and tomorrow at the Demerara Cricket Club ground in preparation for the regional competition.

The selected players will play two 50-over matches following which, the Guyana team will be selected for the competition which is scheduled to run from April 3-10 in Trinidad.

The squad will undergo a twelve-day camp from March 16-28.

The 26 players are as follows: Shameer Fazal, Shane Seebaran, Rajiv Singh, Delon Fernandes, Kevin Singh, Dayanand Roopnarine, Carlos La Rose, Seon Daniels, Amir Khan, Jagdesh Bishun, Kerron McLennon, Rove Harris, Neal Ramalho, Nokta Moses, Melvin Seepersaud, Harrinarine Chattergoon, Joemall LaFleur, Travis Karim, Imran Latif, Jamally Odle, Marvin Basdeo, Trinson Carmichael, Gudakesh Moti, Keon Joseph, Khemraj Rampersaud, and Rawn Johnson.
