I remember doing this kind of work while going to Saints back in the days. What in the world were we thinking? As brilliant as some of our teachers were, I can not believe that they would put us in such danger. For a young boy climbing onto a roof was fun and you were excited to do the chore and equally disappointed if you were not chosen to do it. I am quite surprised that this is still happening in Guyana. We have a serious problem here. (1) Don’t we hire people to take care of school facilities. (2) Don’t our teachers have a responsibility to protect or children? Somebody needs to be held accountable for this incident.
Please pay Caretakers to do this job.
Parents teach your children, they are not government’s but ours.
