Dear Mr President,
A few years ago on your visit to New York, I participated in a picketing exercise; the issue was ” Security”! Since then, the situation in Guyana has deteriorated tremendously.
Building hospitals, schools and roads are meaningless if there is no one around to use them.
I am pleading with you Sir, scale back expenditure on the army and hire private security. You are dealing with a tense situation, with intelligence security breaches!
Your party had promised during the last election campaign that special emphasis would be placed on security.
Come on Mr President, 15 years is a long time, people want results not talk.
