Broken pipe at Grove

Dear Editor,
I live at Maple Street in Samatta Point, Grove EBD. The pipe in this street has been broken for the last four months.
We have made several reports to the management of GWI at the office in Peter’s Hall, but to date nothing has been done. The water continues to go to waste, leaving the residents on my side of the street without any.
I have had the experience of not receiving water for several months at a time, and at billing time I have still been asked to pay the same amount as for the whole year.
I am trusting that this letter can bring us help since we are now out of water.
Yours faithfully,
K Tait
Editor’s note
We are sending a copy of this letter and the one from Mr Albert Persid to the PRO of Guyana Water Inc, Mr Rawle Lucas, for any comments he may wish to make.
