Georgetown is becoming like London of the Middle Ages

Dear Editor,
Ten hours, Monday, November 10, and  the carcass of a dog outside the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court is giving off a stench so unbearable, it boggles the mind that the staff of the court and parliament were not affected.
Georgetown is a stinking city; the carcass outside the court, epitomizes the depths to which the city has sunk. Take a walk around the city; the drains are clogged, stagnant, water is evident, mosquitoes prevail, and garbage holds sway.
Georgetown under the present administration seems to be slowly becoming like London of the Middle Ages.
What is to be done? The city administrators, should obtain a copy of Ray Charles’s song of the sixties, and hit the road Jack, and never come back, no mo’, no mo’.
We need a city of quality and standards.
Yours faithfully,
CS Vaughn, MSM
