A traffic policeman remonstrating with some of the drivers of heavy vehicles which were grounded on the East Bank yesterday morning. New rules have been in force since Monday. No motor lorry or heavy duty vehicle shall proceed north or south along the East Bank of Demerara Public Road, between Houston and Timehri, between the hours of 0600h (6 am) and 1100h (11 am).
