Dear Editor,
Because of the number of schools in the area, the intersection of Lamaha and Albert Streets is one of the busiest in the city. Nevertheless, since they were installed, these lights have almost always been left in flashing mode, thereby serving no useful purpose. Could the authorities kindly see to it that these traffic lights serve their function, ie regulating traffic and helping to safeguard the lives of road users?
