Six persons from the fifth batch of winners in the Lucky Dollar – Guyana ‘Early Bird Savings Promotion’ received their grocery hampers at a simple presentation at the company’s Regent Street branch on Thursday.
The winners were Fayon Smith, Alan Doris, Subash Mohan, Shamsundar Singh, Cyndy Corbin, Bibi Surajpal, Jaquline Gregory, Rayann Jackson, Lindon Wilson and Dionne London.
The ten winners received grocery hampers totalling $100 000. The promotion began on October 2 and was aimed at assisting customers with great deals and bargains for the Christmas season.
Customers who purchased items valued $30 000 and over were eligible for entry into the drawing. Additionally, customers will receive gifts on selected purchases in the store. The promotion concluded yesterday.
