The finals of the DeSinco Trading Under-19 Football Competition will be decided today as the four teams clash in the semi-final round from 8:30am at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) and Camptown Grounds.

The two matches will be played simultaneously as Fruta Conquerors and Santos are set to play at GFC and Camptown faces off against Pele at the other venue.

Santos was the last to make it to the semi-final round after defeating Alpha United 2 – 1 to conclude the quarterfinal round on Wednesday at the GFC Ground.

Neither team was able to score in the first 45 minutes of the encounter but the second half had both teams scoring in the 63rd minute.

William Europe scored for Santos while Marstelow Yansen was successful for the opposition.

The game went into extra time where Santos’ Javon Hussain found the back of the net in the third minute of the first half which gave them the lead for victory.
