Adult literacy in Tobago Hill

20130118residentsAdult literacy in Tobago Hill: Residents from Tobago Hill, Region One on Friday graduated from an adult literacy programme, according to a release from the Canadian High Commission. This project was a result of a joint effort between the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, the Government of New Zealand, the United States Peace Corps, the Regional Democratic Council (Barima/Waini), the Department of Education and the Tobago Village Council.  Participants of the programme can be seen in this Canadian High Commission photo.
