Speed bumps should be replaced on President’s College Road

Dear Editor,

I would like to thank the Government of Guyana, and the Courtney Benn Construction Company for doing the street bridge and the President’s College Road at Golden Grove Village on the East Coast of Demerara which has virtually transformed our village into a beautiful township once again.

The removal of the speed bumps and the resurfacing of the President’s College Road have however resulted in many taxi drivers and minibus drivers speeding on the road.

I am kindly begging the management of Courtney Benn’s Construction Company to put back these speed bumps before any serious accident happens.

Yours faithfully,
Brother Mark Nigel James
