A 35-year-old farmer who resides at 124 Blueberry Hill, Wismar, Linden, appeared at the Christianburg Magistrate’s Court before presiding magistrate Clive Nurse to answer to the indictable offence of malicious damage to property.
It was alleged that the accused, Nigel Wills on April 27 at Blueberry Hill, Linden unlawfully and maliciously damaged a concrete foundation valued $200,000, property of Mark Fidel.
The defendant was placed on $25,000 bail and is to return to court on August 6 for report and fixtures.
