Flight delay

Dear Editor,

I am starting to get fed up with Dynamic Airways. My flight, scheduled to leave for New York this past Tuesday was pushed back to Wednesday due to the blizzard that hit the north-eastern United States. I understood that.

However, on Wednesday morning, I received a telephone call from someone at Roraima Airways informing me that the flight was further pushed back to this Saturday. Now, I only booked for two weeks in the US, and my time is being shortened by several days.

I asked the agent at Dynamic Airways why the further delay and she said it was because no flights were being allowed to leave Terminal One at JFK Airport. Is that really so since the storm is over? I also asked her whether my time would be extended and she said she cannot give me that assurance but would pass the request on to Dynamic Airways and await a response. This is so unfair to customers and Dynamic Airways should do all it can to ensure customers who paid their monies are comfortable during these circumstances.
