Dear Editor,
My wife and I were visiting from the United States and we captured this heart-warming photo of a police rank taking this differently abled person across the East Bank Public Road. We were both overcome by emotion at the kindness and professionalism that this police officer displayed. I would 
like to commend this officer for the standard he has shown.
