Same lame excuse from GTT

Dear Editor,

We read today that GTT announced that work is well underway to apply the latest generation of networking technologies and equipment to its broadband network.

We had this lame excuse several times before, but no improvement on its poor service here.

We say to GTT that their current internet speed is very slow, and on some days even slower than a cockroach crawling over a spread of thick molasses and yet we have to pay the same sum of money for monthly charges for its poor service. And in addition the monthly fee keeps increasing for all sort of excuses and reasons.

GTT should consider giving up its dominance on the market here and allow more competitors in the market for better quality of internet services.

It’s a shame that we have to keep complaining about the poor quality of service we are getting from this multinational company.
