Dear Editor,
How are friends of a patient allowed to break down a door in the public hospital without an arrest to deter similar action?
Why is there not some special unit monitoring operations of the joint forces to ensure that they are carried out legally and properly? Why is there not a commission set up to see how the laws and courts could better ensure that people who owe local government/city taxes pay up promptly or have liens on their properties? Why were there not better and stronger barriers in front of the traffic lights and laws that make motorists liable for damage? Where is the will to make do with what one has, instead of waiting for resources and plans that take time or never materialize?
