A new website, Get24kt.com, aims to buy gold directly from mines including Guyana’s thereby minimizing financial risk and maximizing returns.
It is unclear how this would work in Guyana as the law requires gold to be sold to the Guyana Gold Board,
According to a press release from e.releases Roger Singh, president of D.R.E.A.M. System, LLC, the Tampa, Florida parent company of Get24kt.com, decided to deal exclusively with Guyana’s gold mines after seeing many investors fall victim to Africa’s unethical practices, the release said. Prior to launching Get24kt.com, Singh formed Alluvial Gold Consultants, a company that conducts checks on international gold buyers and African gold sellers in the beginning stages of a gold transaction.
