A lone gunman robbed the A&R store in Linden and is now hiding in an empty building in the McKenzie business centre.
Police are circling the business centre at Mackenzie where the man is believed be hiding. Several persons reportedly saw the man running through several streets and finally into the derelict building.
A number of persons and police officers gave chase but to no avail. Two rounds were fired by a community policeman while in the compound.
