Former presidential guard and attempted murder suspect Malvin Taylor this evening turned himself into police in the presence of his attorney.
Reports reaching Stabroek News stated that Taylor was accompanied by attorney Nigel Hughes to the Brickdam Police Station where he was taken into custody.
Taylor is accused of shooting his wife Sharon Taylor, 30, and her 19-year old sibling Michelle Richards on January 26 on Quamina Street after a domestic dispute escalated. Both women were later hospitalised with the wife having multiple gunshot wounds. The police later issued a wanted bulletin for the man in connection with attempted murder.
